When making a reservation for 10 or more people, the most common complaints are the variety of drinks and the speed at which drinks are served.At Saku, our motto is to not keep you waiting.In particular, we practice to serve the first drink for a toast as quickly as possible.
Last orders are usually taken 2 hours after the Kanpai.
Drinks cannot be exchanged for empty glasses.We have thoroughly trained our staff not to interrupt conversations with comments such as "Customer ordering ____," and to take orders from each customer and hand them directly to them.
