We train every day to eliminate the common complaint of "drinks taking so long to arrive" at large parties.Our goal is to have customers say, "It's early!" rather than "Is it ready yet?", and we work hard to ensure that organizers and guests can enjoy the event without stress.

When making a reservation for 10 or more people, the most common complaints are the variety of drinks and the speed at which drinks are served.At Saku, our motto is to not keep you waiting.In particular, I practice to serve the first drink for a toast as quickly as possible.
Last orders are generally taken two hours after the Kanpai.
Drinks are not exchanged for empty glasses.We thoroughly train our staff to avoid interrupting conversations by saying things like, "Customer ordering XX," and to take orders from each customer individually and deliver them directly to them.
