When making a reservation for 10 or more people, the most common complaints are the variety of drinks and the speed at which drinks are served.At Saku, our motto is to not keep you waiting.In particular, we train hard to serve the first drink for a toast as quickly as possible.
Drinks cannot be exchanged for empty glasses.
We thoroughly train our staff to avoid interrupting conversations with calls such as "Dear customer, here to order XX," and to take orders from each customer and then hand the order directly to them.
